2. Proposal Creation & Partner Consent

Bloom Eternity allows you to create customized proposal experiences. It is a critical requirement of using this service that you have obtained all necessary consents, permissions, and rights from:

• Your partner (for displaying their name, image, or video online).
• Any other individuals appearing in the media you upload.
• The copyright owners of any photos, video clips, or text content you upload.

You are solely responsible for all content uploaded to your proposal pages.

3. Payments, Pricing & Lifetime Access

We charge a one-time fee to generate and host your proposal experience.

• One-time Payment: The pricing shown during checkout is a single, non-recurring fee. There are no monthly subscriptions.
• Lifetime Link: We host your proposal experience indefinitely. In the rare event that we must discontinue hosting services due to technical or business constraints, we will provide at least 60 days' notice so you can save your data.
• Security & Passcode: Access to your proposal page is protected by a passcode you configure. It is your responsibility to keep this passcode secure and share it only with your recipient.

4. Prohibited Behavior & Content Policies

You agree not to use Bloom Eternity to upload or share content that:

• Is harassing, abusive, threatening, or defamatory.
• Contains nudity, explicit material, or pornography.
• Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
• Is intended to deceive, stalk, spam, or harm another individual.

We reserve the right to review, suspend, or permanently delete any proposal page that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of all original text, photos, and videos that you upload to the platform. You grant Bloom Eternity a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit this content solely for the purpose of running your proposal experience.

Our Intellectual Property: All site designs, animations, layouts, audio tracks provided by us, code, graphics, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Bloom Eternity. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of our site without express permission.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the service, please reach out via our contact page within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. We evaluate all refund requests in good faith to ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Bloom Eternity does not guarantee that the platform will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for:

• The response or outcome of your proposal.
• Any emotional distress, loss of privacy, or data deletion resulting from sharing your link or passcode.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. When updates are made, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
